Payment

During booking, you pay not less than half of the total cost upfront, and the rest payed when the driver reaches your location. At MostLovez Car Rentals, we give much preference to mobile money transfer due to simplicity and swiftness. There are effective mobile apps that ease the transfer of money by foreigners to Ghana with no hustle. Remitly and Sendwave are good mobile money transfer apps choices for all our foreign clients offshore. Please note, car rental services includes a driver and it is the sole responsibility of a client to provide an accommodation for the driver outside Accra rentals services at a cost of about $10 or 100 Ghana cedis per night. On the subject of toll fees, clients bare them alone and usually it cost about 1 Ghana cedi.

Fuel expenses are not charged with services rendered. The client is expected to buy fuel whilst on his or her journey. Our cars are deployed with a maximum tank of leaded or unleaded fuel based on the type of car chosen. Kindly refill the tank after use. It is essential to not pay the driver to fill the tank, please fill it in person. Finally on fuel expensis, our rental station is situated in Accra, therefore we charge additional fuel expenses in case you wish to be dropped off outside Accra.

Your rented car comes with a professional driver fluent in English language. He receives a daily allowance for his service. This covers his daily expenses. There is therefore no reason to take on the responsibility to pay for these. However, it is not prohibited by our terms to offer anything good out of free will to our drivers. Our drivers are helpful and familiar with most of the routes, places and sites in Ghana. Moreover, the driver can be guided to client's destinations if need be. A driver, often times works from 6:00 am. to 8:00 pm but these ours can be extended for crucial purposes.

Your vehicle is well insured. Maintainance, damages, technical faults are our sole responsibility, in other words, client shall not be held resposible for any of these. Please note that we are not responsible for medical expenses (caused by road accident or otherwise). Same applies to expenses caused in the event of a missed flight. We are also not liable for damaged luggage or loss of valuables. We therefore strongly advice travelers to Ghana to take out an insurance policy covering accidents, repatriation, theft, medical expenses.

Traffic in the huge cities in Ghana is super busy. And the local rules may differ from exotic traffic rules. We encourage you to get in touch with your driver often times by mobile phone communication when he is absent, for help if stranded in finding your way out in chaotic traffic situation.

Bookings can be cancelled without punishment when it happens a week before the day of delivery. If cancelled within the week of services or during the rental period we would need to charge for the days of services rendered
